‘City of Dark Hearts’ James Conan

Not really sure what to say about this one, it was lent to me by someone from work, and I did enjoy it in some ways.
It’s essentially about the time of Chicago World’s Fair, in the 1890’s.

A thriller, with a reporter (female) goes to fin out about women disappearing during the World’s Fair, and shock horror discovers more is at play here than previously thought…

Yes a bit of a cheap plot and of course everything is neatly sewn up at the end – but still a very quick easy read nonetheless…
